Sycamore Street Coffee House didn't start as a business plan. It started as a conversation at a kitchen table — about how small towns deserve coffee that doesn't taste like it was made in a hurry.
We opened our doors on Sycamore Street with a used espresso machine, a recipe notebook, and a stubborn belief that the best mornings begin with someone who actually cares about the roast. That hasn't changed.
Today, we source beans from four distinct origins, bake every batch before dawn, and still know most of our regulars by name. The neighborhood changes. We don't.
